Red Screech Owl - "Ricky"

Came to us 4 years ago from the Great Plains Nature Center. They were taken from people that tried to raise them as pets. They are siblings and have been together since birth. They are dependent on Humans for food. Screech Owls are also known as the "Backyard Owl." They will nest near residential areas, and eat moths and other insects that fly around lighting fixtures at night. You can attract Screech Owls by building a Screech Owl Box and placing it in a tree.
