Its over! Eagle Valley was delivered great news this Friday. The frivolous Lawsuit that was filed by one of our neighbors and the "FORMER" owner of the 4 land tracts has been withdrawn! This has been a heavy burden on us, as we didn't know for sure how the Judge would view their complaint. We now can concentrate on saving Kansas Birds of Prey and teaching young and old alike on how they play an important role in our Kansas Environment! A very special Thanks goes out to the many supporters who helped us during this ordeal. Many of you wrote letters and personally came to the Metropolitan Planning Commission meeting and the Sedgwick County Commissioners meeting in May and June of 2007. Your help played a huge role in helping us obtain our permits and to make this lawsuit go away! So from all of us here at Eagle Valley Raptor Center, Thank You, Thank You Thank You!
